Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Minimum order is $60. This can be made up by ordering with friends to make up the $60 and we will deliver to one address.


What happens if we are not home?
You can leave cooler bags or eskies in a place you have told us about, either in the details section of the checkout or via email. If you haven't left anything out for us, we have no choice but to take the delivery back with us.


When do you deliver?
We deliver to the North weekly, usually Saturdays. This includes Launceston and surrounds West Tamar & East Tamar.South and North West routes are fortnightly. Stay up to date with our delivery dates via Facebook. The furthest south we go is Snug and the furthest North West we go is Wynyard. At this stage we do not travel to the West coast.


What payment methods do you accept?
At this stage we accept credit card payments over the phone, bank deposit and cash (and eftpos) on delivery.

What is the best way to get in contact?

Either by filling out our contact form, or via facebook, as we are usually outside and not by the phone to take your call. If you prefer to call, leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. (03) 63 301 695 


What about refunds?
Happy to discuss and replace product your not happy with.


When do we need to order?
As we stock to order, orders must be placed by Tuesday afternoons to guarantee delivery on the next run to your area.


ORDERING
If you are a new Customer you have the option to Register an account OR Checkout as a guest. If you register with Conmurra Farm it will make your future shopping with us faster at checkout.
 
 
When placing the items into your cart, you may also be given the option to choose the thickness of the cut, small, medium or large size, so look for these options when you add the product to the cart.
 
We will endeavour to get as close to the size required as possible, but there may be a variation of 100-200 grams. 
 
 
All orders taken through our website will be made prior to our delivery runs on Saturdays.
 
 If paying by bank deposit, after ordering you will receive an email with our bank details. Your order will be processed for the next delivery to your area after the funds have cleared into our account.  If paying by card, your order will be processed for the next delivery to your area and we will contact you after your order has been finalised with exact totals to make payment.

We get in touch before delivery to give you an estimate delivery time. Delivery dates for the month are posted to facebook and to our email mailouts.
